Another Day at the Rental

We done good today. Bob got the toilets in and today the fan in the bedroom (without directions) What a genius!! I think he was as surprised as anyone that it worked, light and all. We stopped on the road and talked to Ron about the colors of the wires and what went where. That was helpful.
We had a big drug bust here yesterday, hum v's and the army helicopter. He swooped about 10 times. I'm sure we will read about it in the paper tomorrow.
We want a new camera (pocket size) for Christmas. Anyone have any good suggestions?

  1. Good on the ceiling fan, they can be confusing with all the different color wires they have. Anxious to hear about the drug bust. Camera, (small & easy to use) is the key for me. Kathy has a Canon PowerShot, it's about 1/2 the size of a pack of cigarettes and shoots pix or video. Depending on the size of the memory card will determine how many pix it holds.

I think another important factor is:does it use a industry standard memory card or is it proprietary to that camera manufacturer? Stick with an industry standard memory card, that way you can buy them anywhere.

  2. Be sure to let us know about the drug bust. Do you have renters lined up for the upstairs and downstairs in Coral Bay?
I have a Casio Exilim. I really like it, it's very small, uses a standard memory card, 10.1 mega pixels, zoom etc. The best part is that there is no delay between when you snap the picture and when it is taken. Our old little one had what seemed like a really long delay. It's easy to hook up to the computer and is very thin. Comes with a carrying case. I think we bought ours in St. Thomas.
