Not much to say this morning. just working every day getting the other two units ready for the new renters. bob installed the new toilets successfully with no leaks. Kind of busy as we leave for MI soon and have to get our own house ready for the couple who are staying here watching it.

How much is the rent on the unit(s) you're working on? You want those as long-term rentals and then your own place to rent by the week?
